Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Perdue Farms, he leads enterprise learning strategy across supply chain, operations, and maintenance, helping align workforce capability with business performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Previously, he led global leadership and organizational transformation initiatives at McCormick & Company focused on strengthening strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership effectiveness.

Earlier in his career, Jorge held leadership roles in technology, healthcare, and education organizations, gaining experience across software development environments, digital product lifecycles, workforce development, and organizational change.
